Home decorating has always been a passion of mine — from the paint on the walls, to the rugs on the floors and everything in between.
If it doesn’t look good, or something is out of place, I tend to notice right off the bat.
Call me picky… I don’t mind. haha!
I think when it comes to home decor many people tend to focus more on paint colors, wall hangings and chotchkies, missing some all-important key elements in their homes — lighting and other fixtures such as kitchen and bath faucets.
No matter how pretty your walls and floors look, if your faucets and lights are cheap and ugly, they really don’t do the rest of your home any justice.
When I walk into bathrooms and kitchens the first things my eyes are drawn to are the faucets. And most times what I see are drab, ugly or leaky faucets. Blah!
Do you have any idea how much a new faucet would improve the look of those rooms? Or how much money it could save you in the long run (from the lack of dripping water)? You would be amazed!
Don’t be drippy… replace your faucet!
When it comes to this department, ATG Stores.com has you covered with a wide variety of home improvement products including faucets in many styles, and finishes – as well as prices ranges to fit any budget and any decor.

We recently installed a pair of LessCare Cabinetry LCLB3B Centerset bathroom faucets in our master bathroom and I can’t say enough how much I love our new faucets. They gave the bathroom an instant face lift, of sorts. I mean the brushed nickel finish and the higher arched spouts look SO much better than those old drab, stubby faucets. hehee!
Spout measures 2-3/4-Inches high with a 4-Inch reach
Includes plastic pop-up
High Water Efficiency Technology
Brushed Nickel finish
Hybrid brass materials
Installation of the LessCare faucets was fairly easy. The instruction manual was a bit confusing since it showed a diagram of a different faucet but we got the job done.
We DID however run into a problem when it came time to make the connections — the kit did not include washers for the slip joints so hubby had to run to the store and purchase some because otherwise the faucets leaked under the sinks.
Something else I just noticed while writing, our faucets do not have the red and blue “rings” around the faucet handles (as seen in the image above) which for me is a plus. I love that they’re solid brushed nickel.
Everything included in the kit
Getting the faucets completely installed took about 1-1/2 hours from start to finish due to lacking parts. The whole process includes disassembling our old, cheapo faucets, cleaning up the gook that was left behind and installing the new ones entirely (after shopping).
TAKE A LOOK AT EACH STEP…
1.) The cheap faucets originally installed in our home. 2.) Removing old parts 3.) The new faucets partially installed.
When installing the new faucets, the tools or materials you need are: channel locks, pipe or adjustable wrench, hex wrench, supply hoses or tubes with 1/2″ coupling nuts, washers for the slip joints and silicone sealant or pipe setting putty.
AND HERE THEY ARE…
The LowCare faucets look SO much better!
What I love most about these faucets, besides how much more sleek and attractive they are, is that the neck of the faucets are higher and longer than the old stubby ones.
I hated using those because it they were SO short and sat low, nearly inside the sink bowl. I was always worried about the fact that when we washed our hands, we were basically touching inside the germy bowls. It was kind of like defeating the purpose in trying to remove the bacteria when we were just recontaminating our hands. I know, I have OCD. hahaa!
Now our hands stay outside the bowl and the germs go down the drain — where they belong.
The LowCare Cabinetry LCLB3B Centerset bath faucets retail for $80.00 but are currently listed at $56.00 each, and can be purchased directly at www.atgstores.com.
If you’re tired of your old, worn out drippy faucets or just want to upgrade to better faucets, I highly recommend you check out the gorgeous faucets found at ATGStores.com.
