That’s the great thing about ultrasounds. Although the picture is a bit blurry, you still get a feel for what your baby looks like and see it in action as it bounces in rhythm. A total “ahhh” moment!

When I first laid eyes on my grand baby oh my goodness, my eyes welled up with tears. I think my hubby had watery eyes also but I didn’t say anything. I just let him enjoy the moment. HOW DOES A MY BABY’S HEARTBEAT BEAR WORK?

It’s really very simple. Each My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear or other plush comes with a small plastic ‘heart’ that is used as a recording device at one of your ob check-ups (when a fetal doppler is used). To use the device you just follow these easy steps:

Remove the plastic tab from the back of the heart
Slide the lever on the front of the heart to the R position
Squeeze the heart when you’re ready to record
Slide the lever to the P position
Insert the heart into your plush toy
Squeeze the bears tummy to hear your baby’s heartbeat

Once you’ve got the recording you want to keep, place a piece of good quality tape over the lever so that you don’t accidentally record over your baby’s heartbeat. Then turn the plush over, open the velcro backing and insert the plastic heart inside your plush toy. Reseal the velcro and you’re ready to start listening to your baby’s heartbeat.

To play, give your plush a squeeze around his tummy. And there it is, whenever you want to hear it, no matter where you are.
