Being a busy mom, small business owner and full-time blogger you can probably imagine how stressed I can become throughout my day, nearly every day.
It’s a lot of work! My brain goes in all different directions (sometimes to the point where I’m wanting to rip my hair out). My kids come home and drop all kinds of (in their opinion) “seriously earth shattering” things on me and I’m expected to make everything better because — that’s what moms do, right?
Moms are supposed to be nurturers, healers, cooks, housekeepers, mind readers, a laundromat worker, referee and so much more– yet we’re left feeling as if no one cares how stressed and worn out we are at the end of the day.
Sorry but — I NEED A BREAK!!! My outlet? A chilled glass of wine. It’s very relaxing, and very refreshing, especially after a crazy day.
I’m no win-0 by any means but I do enjoy a glass several times a week. And if my family wants a happy mom, they’ll let me have my few minutes in the evening to unwind. A happy wife/mom means a happy, flowing household. They all know that. haha!
I was recently introduced to Vinturi by a fellow blogger and I can’t thank her enough. Vinturi is a patented wine aerator that draws in and mixes the proper amount of air, for the right amount of time into your wine, allowing it to “breathe” instantly.
As wine ‘breathes’, it opens up and releases its intended aroma and flavor. Vinturi speeds up the process with ease and convenience so you get that perfect glass of wine, every time.
I was skeptical at first — I wondered just how much better this contraption could actually make my wine taste. But because I’m the only wine drinker in my home, and I at times have a habit of not finishing a bottle (leaving it to become bitter), I thought “why not, I’ll give Vinturi a try”.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
To use Vinturi, you simply hold it over your glass with one hand and slowly pour your wine (from the bottle) through the top opening of Vinturi. You’ll know it’s working when you hear the fizzing noise it makes and you’ll see the wine spinning around (in a tornado-like fashion) as it exits Vinturi and into your glass.
It’s pretty cool to watch! And it only takes a second to flow through.
Once you’re done pouring, place the Vinturi inside the no-drip stand (included in the package). After you enjoy your glass of wine, hand wash the Vinturi, allow it to dry completely and store it in the drawstring carry pouch (included) for next time.
Absolutely! I could definitely notice a difference in the aroma, and taste. First I took a few sips of the wine straight from the bottle (after pouring it into a small glass) — I know what you were just thinking, haha!
And then I poured some wine through the Venturi and took a few sips. It smelled fresher, and tasted much lighter, smoother and cleaner than before. Very tasty!
My wine is now much more enjoyable when it’s been aerated through Venturi!
Venturi comes in 3 different aerator variations for your favorite wines — Red wine aerator, White wine aerator and now the Spirit aerator for liquor such as vodka, gin, bourbon, tequila and more. Venturi also comes in travel size!
You’re probably wondering what the difference is between the red wine aerator and the white wine aerator and why you can’t just us one. Well, although white wine displays the same improvements with aeration as red, the Vinturi for white wine has different internal dimensions and flow rates. The end results is perfect aeration specifically for white wine.
The Vinturi creators also offer a wine tower (sold separately) which allows you to use Vinturi (without holding it). The wine tower acts as a cradle, creating a dramatic presentation for conveniently aerating your wine. It has a contemporary design that compliments any table, countertop, or home bar.
BUY IT!
The Vinturi wine aerators can be purchased directly at www.vinturi.com. Each Vinturi retails for $39.95.
Vinturi wine towers retail for $39.95 and a deluxe set which includes one Vinturi wine aerator and a wine tower retails for $69.95.
If you’re looking for the perfect gift for your wine enthusiast friend or loved one, I highly recommend the Vinturi wine aerator. I guarantee they’ll love it as much as I do!

I tend to like vodka because it mixes with almost anything. When it comes to wine, I like whites (really can’t handle reds). My hubby is the real connoisseur, though, and loves both! This would make an amazing gift for him.
Thanks!
